All categories will be judged separately according to:
APPEARANCE * DETAIL * QUALITY WORKMANSHIP * COLOR COORDINATION
1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Ribbons in all categories and one Over-All Grand Champion
and Directors Choice
All entries must be submitted by Sept. 12, 2008. Entries will be judged on Sat., Sept. 13
Entries will be displayed in King's Dept. Store windows and may be picked up after festival is over on Monday, Sept. 29. Contest is open to anyone who wishes to participate. All judges' decisions are final.
